Steven B. Cheung has passion for the real estate market. Having been a real estate investor since 1985, he has been through all of its ups and downs, and has a thorough understanding of the trends, data and analyses – both locally and nationally – to help you make a smarter decision about buying or selling your home.
He is a full-service realtor with plenty of ‘hands on’ experience in maximizing a home’s potential. Over the past 35 years, Steven has been personally involved in numerous renovations, and has built a trusted network of contractors who can handle anything needed to ready your home for sale or renovate after purchase.
This expertise has also allowed him to see more than the obvious. Steven looks at the “bones” of a structure, and can separate a sound purchase from one that, in the long run, could cost thousands of additional dollars.
A previous career in corporate IT earned him industry recognition for his abilities in sales and negotiation. Indeed, Steven is a negotiator, not an ‘order taker’ and his track record of success in the corporate world continues to pay off in better deals for his real estate clients – whether buying or selling.
